Each system combines advanced power and energy controls with energy storage that supports renewable energy sources and other power inputs. ZBB’s platform is a factory built and tested system uniquely configures to each customer’s application.
Advanced Energy Storage
ZBB is a leader in the design and manufacturing of modular Zinc-Bromide batteries used for energy storage. Since 1986, ZBB has delivered innovative energy storage systems that provide a reliable, sustainable supply of stored energy from renewable and conventional energy sources.
While ZBB manufactures flow battery technology, we are storage agnostic. We believe that the optimal energy storage platforms may require a hybrid of various energy storage technologies, engineered for optimal performance given the application and operating environment.
System Platforms
The ZBB EnerSection can be configured in a grid interactive, grid independent or grid conversion platform to create a hybrid power conversion system.
When configured with ZBB EnerStore flow batteries or other bulk energy storage devices, the ZBB EnerSystem platform creates an expandable power plant system that independently optimizes energy availability.
